Don’t miss this Spring Woodland Festival celebrating Dartmoor’s woodlands – which are full of extraordinary wildlife at this time of year.

Woodland Festival details

Drop in during 10:30 to 4:30pm for this family friendly fun wild day out at East Dartmoor National Nature Reserve – Yarner Wood. There will be loads to do; go on a minibeast hunt, try pond dipping, take part in hands on activities, make wonderful wildlife crafts, get an experts view of the woods and meet people who are wild about wildlife.

Visit our stand to find out all about bats as well as taking part in some batty art and craft activities.

Entry £2 per person. Pay on the day or to book in advance to attend the woodland festival visit

There will be a short 15 min walk from the car park to the activities and opportunities to go for guided walks too so please wear sturdy shoes.
