Sunday 17th April: Avon Valley Hibernation Hike
A walk in the countryside to look at the habitats that bats love to use

Find out more about greater horseshoe Bats and why the Avon Valley is such a great place for them to hang out! There will be a chance to meet a local farmer and find out what they are doing to improve the habitats for the bats as well as enjoying a walk from the river valley up onto the tops where you get fantastic views out across the AONB. The walk is a moderately easy 2.5 miles, with a steep climb up out of the valley.
